With the jumps season just about kicking off I thought it would be interesting to have a Cheltenham ante post competition as I know a few of us back ante post and it would be interesting for people who dont see how they would get on. If Im right I make it 21 weeks (inluding this one) until the start of Cheltenham so I was thinking we could have £10 per week to place ante post bets, either one bet of £20 or smaller bets (minimum of £2 - total bet, so £1 e/w is ok) You can search around for the best odds, and can do win, each way etc, and can use betfair odds to make it as realistic as possible. You can do singles, doubles, accumulators, lucky 15's etc as If you would in real betting. But its just a max of £20 per week. If everyone just posts there weekly bets anytime from Monday morning onwards until Sunday night and I'll accumulate them onto one post. It will look something like this...

Shamardal84:

Week 1: Denman (Gold Cup) £20 Win @ 3.05
Week 2: Kasbah Bliss (World Hurdle) (4/1), Katchit (Champion Hurdle) (6/1) £15 Double. £5 Win on Striking Article @ 34.0

RJI:

Week 1: £20 Win on Kasbah Bliss (World Hurdle) @ 4/1
Week 2: £20 Win on Kasbah Bliss (World Hurdle) @ 4/1
.
.
.
Week 21: £20 Win on Kasbah Bliss (World Hurdle) @ 6/4

Anyway, you get the drift. After Cheltenham i'll add up the totals and see how everyone done and add up the profit/losses. I'll start and post up my first selection in a few mins

P.S Please make sure you post stake, horse, race & odds to make things a bit easier

I think it will easier to do it weekly, every Sunday night I can update it, and people can start on next weeks bet. And I can just search posts from Monday to Sunday to find the right bets. Thanks for the concern though
