Please post here your opinions on how much/in what way you would want to be involved in decisions on entries and other training matters. (Please note that all trainers require a co-ownership group to nominate one member to comunicate directly with him/her)

I would say the trainer is going to know more than us in what type of races it is going to have more of a chance

Agree on that yaiyam i mean class 6 aw at wolves or the class 6 aw at kempton?

Indeed, agree with you. But although none of us are able to judge what entries will be right, we still need to talk to the trainer about the best courses to make it most accessible for most people, and stuff like that.

Also, I assume that everyone is interested in stable and gallops visits ( so accessibility of yard is important) - but most trainers have at least an informal limit on how many turn up on each occasion. With the growth of syndicates and co-ownership they would be seriously disrupted if every member of every syndicate turned up at the same time!

This for the future, but I will put it on my list of questions to ask.
