carling cup final.

i don't care how much the "big 4" lie about not wanting to win it. arsenal wanted it bad enough to bring on their big guns ("we beat the scum 5-1" ) and we did ourselves proud against chelsea in the final.

i would say we can build now for next season, but come on - this is spurs, medicrity beckons...

Yes i agree with you there. Man Utd have done too but there's nothing quite like watching Arsenal in full flow. We've been very lucky to have such good managers like Wenger and Fergie in the Premiership for so long who have encouraged their teams to play in this way. Mourinho/Benitez are great coaches in their own right but it would have been a very dull last 10 years if we had had Man U and Arsenal managers had also encouraged a similar style of play to Chelsea and Liverpool
