I will split the flat horses from the jumping list. I know there is also a horses to follow thread. However thats slightly different, as thats also based on horses people think will do well this season. This book will be kept for horses seen in running, either from this year or last year.
Please inform me of any errors

i would like to add lazy darren to the list, ran on well yesterday when finishing 4th from last on the home turn. this has only 5runs so far and it looks like the penny is beginning to drop....
my horses that have caught my eye so far are............
Kings Head step back top mile and 6 will win
All The Good ran a very good race, when stepped back upto 1 mile 6 or 2 miles will also win again.
Rio Taffeta really needed the experience, also was given a really bad ride but he needed the experience (ran very wide on the turn) however really stayed on when the penny dropped. 5 furlongs will be fine but 6 furlongs could bring out further improvement. next time winner for sure. _________________ Tazbar = machine up north (wont be beaten over hurdles in scotland)
Aux Le Bahn = serious serious engine
Bible Lord = very well handicapped

Have given that horse so many chances, every time I've backed it last season, it looked like it was going to come and win only to fall away towards the end.
Flatters to deceive far too much for me.
i would like to add six of diamonds who finished 3rd on his debut at warwick today, who was staying on to effect at the end and looks one to follow....
Apologies for sounding like the MD of the Department of the Bleeding Obvious, but two that I thought will go on to win plenty are Creachadoire from Bolger's stable, was a bit of a mention that his form is a bit unreliable as he was beaten pretty easily the week before, but I am only going on what my eyes tell me from his race at Leopardstown, and that is he showed vast improvement from his first run so he may well have just needed a sharpener and on the better ground I think he looked pretty impressive.
The other one that has caught my eye but again is a pretty obvious one is Theann from the O'Brien stable. Run in the 1000 trial at Leopardstown. I was watching out for her but she was nowhere to be seen rounding the bend. In running notes says she was in last place, but flew home late on to grab third. With the step up to a mile I think she'll be very smart. _________________ Is ready to hibernate
I went to Yarmouth yesterday and amongst all the rubbish all through the card, there was Provost, the winner of the first. This horse should be contesting a better class of race soon and is one to watch. _________________ You're born with nothing, and better off that way,

The Filly DARJINA that won today in France looked very good and could be worth looking to see if she goes for the French 1000 or even for the long term Coronation Stakes @ Royal Ascot _________________ Forest are Treemendous
can i ask where you saw the race yy?
i've tried searching on youtube for this race and the Prix De Fontainebleu but they do not seem to have it yet.
fao mods, feel free to delete my post after yy has got back to me to tidy up this thread intended as a notebook for flat racing. cheers _________________ Is ready to hibernate
One horse that took my eye today was Fracas, not just because I had a tenner each way on it, but I thought he ran on really well today against Dylan Thomas.
Fracas finished 4th to Motivator in the 2005 Epsom Derby, and had disappointed since then. Have a feeling he could do with a bit further than the 1m 2f he ran today, and with careful placement, he could very well win a few races this year.
Dylan Thomas was very, very impressive today also and will take a lot of beating this year.
I think Darusso can win a little handicap over slightly longer than today's 10f. He was held up even though the trip was on the short side but was running on strongly with no room at all on the inside. One to look out for.
Pipers Song was just caught by Cripsey Brook who won last week. He ran well and looked like the winner half a furlong out. One to back for the next two runs i think.
