Hi Guys/Gals,
Just wanted to say that after a short excile from sports betting I have decided to return with much more self control.
I did have a problem with self control on my betting but over the past few months I have realised that I enjoy it too much and rather then losing the thrill altogether I want to continue a much more sensible approach.
Before I would gamble every day just for the sake of it, I won`t be doing this anymore. I have given myself a £200 budget each month and I will be logging every bet I do.
Of course I may go back to my past foolish ways and if this happens I will have to look at it all again.
Hopefully I can enjoy a much more controlled betting life.
Diamond i did log all my bets aswell then my pc completely went up the shitter and i lsot it all. I took some time off and am concentrating on football betting now (im crap at it though)

Like KK, I'm concentrating on footie betting at the moment and also very small stakes betting on golf. Normally the flat season is my money making oppurtunity but I am on a crappy run at the moment
