As you may recall, I have stopped doing the Tuesday article, so I have amalgamated the two totals.

New running total is +3.31 Points

I lost interest after Walthamstow closed, and didnt even ralise the Greyhound Derby was upon us again. First round heats over the next few nights from Wimbledon. As usual there should be some upsets in individual races, but with the first three qualifying, not too many shocks on the whole.

For now I am concentrating on the yearly question of can the pups improve past the stayers. Old Favourites such as Bubbli Totti and Farloe Reason continue to run well. Ninja Jamie has an outstanding chance in my view, as has the Puppy Derby winner Bandicoot Topoki. This is a pup that i really think will go places. Ballymac Under is another dog with great potential. Lenson Express and Lenson Joker run well last season, and can give you a good run for your money at long prices.

The good news is most bookies are offering 1/4 the odds, 1,2,3,4,5,6. Considering the first three qualify all the way to the final, this is great value.

Outright Selections

Ninja Jamie 4 points at 25/1 Bet 365
Bubbly Totti 2 points E/w at 66/1 Bet 365
