I want find objective and relevant information about Betfair or Ladbrokes. What should I be aware of in terms of payouts?
Do they do it fairly? Are they cheating?

Definitely cheating, every bet I put on the winnings seem to just dissapear and when I e-mail them they tell me it lost, I dont know what this word lost is but it doesnt sound very nice

If your bet wins you get paid.

If it loses you don't.

Seems fair enough to me.

Bookmakers on a whole are probably more trust worthy than any other Industry and probably have better customer service than most as well.
The only thing that i would have against some is there PR stinks but they can get away with it while you have customers that are lazy.

I agree with YY. Some will offer better terms than the competition. Its up to the punter to find out the best deal they can, the same as when you buy a car or something.
