£32.000 to the winner ,really interesting one this as its for heavyweights and Audley Harrison is in it.
Anyone remember him ,the guy who was going to be world champ.
On paper it looks like he will meet Danny Williams in the final, but has he got it in him to win three fights in one night
Best prices for the eight who contest at the Ex Cel in Docklands next Friday are as follows..............
Audley Harrison 11/8 baldfred
Danny Williams 11/8 sj
Scott Gammer 10s pp ,boylesport
Coleman Barrett 25s general
Danny Hughes 33/1sj
Neil Perkins 40/1 general
Scott Belshaw 40/1 bet365

I dont know why but I'd fancy Gammer to beat Danny Williams in the semis. What about Michael Sprott too? I'm sure both Williams and Harrison have lost to him before!

We dont often agree but totally agree 100% with this. A load of 2nd rate fighters trying to earn a bit of cash because they cant get a fight anywhere else.
Boxing seems to have lost its appeal over the last couple of years and dont think this will rekindle any enthusiasm.
Would see better fights at any high street at kicking out time.

my mate is fighting again in november at UFC 105 if anyone is interested.
it's a bit of a gruesome spectacle, and very erm... shaved heads, tattoos, women wearing sovereign rings and drinking pints... but it is getting more mainstream and will just get bigger and bigger.
boxing on the other hand will continue to shrink until it is fully in MMA's shadow in my opinion.

Boxing is so far the superior beast to any MMA imo. This however is a bit of a joke.
Some of the fighters in UFC are alot more talanted than todays boxers, theres world champions in all different disciplines.
Acca whats your friends name?
Rocket scientists are very talented, I wouldn't pay to watch them doing their job though. I find I prefer to watch Boxing to MMA. _________________ This is like a flashback,
