Went for a walk along the canal with the children today.
Flowers a blooming, fish a rising etc

Dog roses are out already. The verdancy of the land turning darker. Church bells drift through the valley on warm evening air...

I'm beginning to think I imagined it! But yesterday morning was great until about 11.00 when it got almost dark! Cars had their headlights on. It rained for a couple of hours - enough rain to back some drains up in the city
