I'm trying to make a withdrawal on betfair but get this:
"You cannot withdraw more than GBP 20.00 via ******* until you have withdrawn at least the amount you have deposited on each of the other payment methods you have used. Please reduce the amount to GBP 20.00 for ****** and withdraw the remaining via the other payment methods already used. "
So basically because ive only deposited £20 more than ive withdrawn i cant withdraw more than £20 using this method (i.e. card) ...despite how much i have in my account currently?? Am i being an idiot? Anyone else understand this? Just seems very silly that I have to use cheque etc.
I am assuming you have deposited money using more than 1 card(maybe a new one), what you need to do Is withdraw the £20 to your new card or other card and then the other amount to your other or old card If that makes sense. _________________ Forest are Treemendous

or just call them up and tell them the old card doesn't exist anymore and after brief security checks they will send it all back to your current card.

Really!
This is an argument I had with BET365 some years ago.
I placed a bet for Barcelona to win the champions league about 7/8 months before the final and by the time they had won It the card I had placed the bet from was finished. I tried to do what you have said and they point blankly refused and said they were not allowed to and the only way I could get the money back was by check, maybe they Just wanted me to gamble the winnings away _________________ Forest are Treemendous
This happened to me last week, I had to stop one card because of fraud. I registered my new one and I couldn't de-register my old one.
In the end I made the withdrawal via Paypal and then into my account - it didn't take much longer than onto the card but certainly a day or two.
I can't register the new card with Ladcrooks at all, so I am starting over with Paddy Power - _________________ Greet people with four kisses - one for each cheek... Duke Ellington
I had 3 cards on betfair at one point. I just called up and asked for 2 to be removed and they did it no problem, allowing me to withdraw onto the card i wanted to
I had the same problem, Gave them a ring, everything was sorted pretty much right away. _________________ 2009 BCT Winner - Conduit

the only times this has been a problem for me was when I had changed cards and when a card had exppired, and yes one phone call and it was done _________________ Geordie_R

Cheers people got it sorted. Just annoying the fact that I had to do it in the first place. Got to say ive never had a bad experience with a bookies customer service though
