A/P MarketsHow do the firms (and Betfair) decide which races to open an a/p market on? Is it simply on their perception of the importance of a race, or is it to do with customer requests (eg people going into a bookies and asking for odds on a race that isn't at that moment being quoted), or is it just random? I've noticed that Betfair tend (not always) to offer a/p odds on more races than the ordinary bookies.

Good question. I think customers can ask Betfair to instigate any market, although i may be wrong here. If you do get involved backine AntePost, remember you MUST ( if intended ) lay off any bets prior to the two day dec. Its too late to do this afterwards.

Indeed.
Get yourself a free bet.
*suffers flashbacks of not doing so*

Then again, I did extract a few quid off of BF by making long odds bets and trading later on. Probably only on 20% of my A/P bets.
But it was fun.
