ArchivesWhy is it in archives only moderators can reply on the topics?

Do you mean the 'past revisited' archives? Anyone can reply I think
Or do you mean 'Articles' section? I presume only articles writers can write in the artciels section. If you want to reply to an article I think we are supposed to use the 'Feedback for Articles writers' thread or whatever it's called in this section

Yes i mean "Past revisited". I definately cannot reply as i just tried on one section and it said moderators only so i tied another 2 just to make sur and it was the same

I will give it a go but the one i wanted to post on was the ownership section and i get this message
"Sorry, but only moderators can reply to posts in this forum."

Oh yes, I get that message when I try to post on the ownership section too

Don't know what that's about, people. I have never restricted the Ownership archive section, and as far as I know no-one else has done so either, so it may be a technical problem. I'll ask around.....
Edited to add: I just posted a test message to one of the threads, and it works. So will continue to investigate. Maybe it was temporary. Try again and let me know?

OK, have checked, and the Ownership archive was indeed restricted to "mods only can post" but at this distance in time no-one can remember why, if they ever knew in the first place, and it may simply have been a mistake when it was archived!
I''ll happily change it to allow anyone to post to it.
