Betfair Bowl threads.We have deleted a few posts from the Betfair Bowl thread. This was because all the deleted posts were probably put up in the heat of the moment, were understandably extreme, and were a result of emotional reactions. They were, however, unacceptable under forum guidelines. No warnings have been given, but can everyone please try to remember to think twice before they put up something that may cause serious difficulties to others or to the forum itself.
We would like to ask people with complaints about posts to PM us and let us deal with it, rather than post comments which break the guidelines. This creates less hassle and fewer warnings for everyone concerned.

So, out of curiosity, which particular part of my messages broke guidelines?
as opposed to
"That's good news.
Looks likely Nicholls might get away with a short stretch on a ABH charge . . . ."
which seems to be acceptable?

Nothing in your message except for the topic that you brought back up again - it was the topic that was winding people up not necessarily what you said.
I'll move the message you object to - It didn't make much sense to me - but I was pretty drained after what had just happened and what I was reading and trying to mod.

I haven't objected to any message. Was using it as a comparison, as I didn't think any posts needed removing - luckily it's not up to me I guess.
Was just trying to clarify what Alan said "all the deleted posts were probably put up in the heat of the moment, were understandably extreme, and were a result of emotional reactions. They were, however, unacceptable under forum guidelines", which you have just confirmed did not apply to my post.
