I placed a 3 selection multiple bet, doubles and treble on the football but I notice that Birmingham has been called off.Does anyone know what happens to the bet?

Im not sure what Betfair do Glennie. Some of the bookies let the bet stand for a few days, some dont. Betfair has a rules section, so you may find some info on there.
I suspect if the game isnt played in a few days and is voided, your doubles become singles, and the trebles become doubles.
