Danny Williams vs McDermottAnybody watch the fight ?
What an absolute disgrace the judges decisions were. Williams had two points taken off him for low blows, McDermott rocked Williams many times, landed cleaner punches and had a better work rate.
You'd have to be mad to think Williams won that fight. Something very fishy was going on there.

It was unbelievable.
I had some on McDermott before the 12th at 6/4 - could not believe McDermott was 6/4. You know the saying "when its too good to be true, it usually is". What a fix but i guess i have no-one to blame.........tried to trade out but left it too late. He was 1.3 when the fight ended.
Disgrace is not the word.

He had three taken off in total in the last 2 rounds.
1 for a low blow (warned previously)
1 for a push (a bit harsh)
1 for spitting out his gumshield (warned previously)
Add in the fact that McDermott won the 5th 10-8 (even though he didn't knock Williams down he gave him some trimming) and definitly won/draw many other rounds i cannot believe it! Sky had it 115-110 to McDermot and one judge actually gave it 114-111 to Williams = impossible.

I forgot about Williams spitting out his gumshield, yet another reason why he shouldn't of won that fight. I know these type of things are quite subjective but Williams was well beat and the judges were completely wrong.

Didnt see it but read last night it was contreversial (sp) and he had 3pts docked. He is fairly crap to be hoenst and a veyr boring boxer.
