I had two the same from Bet365 for 2008 and one from PP - Nothing this year. Could be the credit crunch!

I got one from Betfred YY. That was for shop regulars though, and not via an account.

Nothing for me, but I probably don't lose enough (that sounds awful - BET enough I mean!) to count in the Diary Stakes (£20,000 added, penalty value £1.30).
I used to get one from Bet365 but have stopped using them (don't know why, just find Paddy Power a bit better).

Well we could all do no better than to buy the Injured Jockey's Fund one! I'm not sure if Racehorse Rehab does them, but will get mine from them if they do.
