Fridays racing

As mentioned on the other thread, Geordies Pistol Basc runs at Wetherby today.

Kisha King has a 7lb penalty and a 7lb claimer on board. Wizards Dust won well last time, beating PB by 3 1/2 lengths. PB should improve and is 8lb better off. I cant see them being far apart today. Dawn Ride was second last time out but some sloppy jumping didnt impress me. All in all I think Kisha King is in great form but either Wizards Dust or PB can take advantage of the weight difference, with PB being my main choice. Lets hope Geordie has a day to remember.

Chapel Flowers is also down to run at Newcastle in the 4.00. A winner by 11 lengths yesterday, anything above evens looks a good bet in my view.

I see Mark Prescott has one of those typical handicap debutants, Our Last Call, in the 7.20 at Wolverhampton. In off bottom weight, up in trip (from a mile and 3f to 2m), first-time blinkers and off the track since July after three seemingly hopeless maiden runs in the space of two weeks.

Looks like it is around 7/2 at the moment.

Sorry all, this was Uttoxeter 3.55 but now a non runner. Easy winner yesterday and should be followed though.

Dettori fisrt one up at HQ already, did the double, Asraab @ 6/4 and Quick Whit @ 6/5. Come on Frankie, he's got some fair criticism lately in his lack of effort when riding out for a place, but can't be faulted, perfect riding last night and in the first there, he's as good as they come when he's riding like this.

The Tatling is out tonight in a class 4 6f handicap 7-50. Not without a chance at the weights given he's slightly better on the sand, 14's readily available, looks a good e/w bet.

As the PGA golf is not on due to to much rain I had a go on the GETIN tipping comp, anyone else had a go tonight.

My first one lost but the rest are

7:20 Annie Go (20)
7:50 Methaaly (10)
8:20 Sovereign Secure (30)
8:50 Feeling Fragile (15)
9:20 Labisa (15)

7/2 and 100/30 this morning... and 16/1 at the off!

Meanwhile, the winner opened at 20/1 and halved in price before the gates opened.

I suspected a plot, at least, but got the wrong stable!
