I was willing her to get 2nd with 50m to go as I knew it was likely that the winner would be disqualified. Was really annoyed with her at the time that she failed by 0.01 to do it! If she'd have clocked on that 2nd would have meant gold I'm sure she would have pulled out just that bit more!
Still a great run though and pelased for her - seems like a really nice girl (for some reason most athletes seem to be really nice actually)

Probably because they have to work there ass off to get where they are and dont get financially rewarded for it so appreciate every bit of airtime they can get?
