Just to say the mods can shove it, singling me out for 'flaming'? I didn't break the rules, show me where i broke the rules? You can shove your final warning (you don't even need a first warning? It's just final then is it?) I really enjoyed talking to a lot of people on this forum so it's a shame some people can't get there heads out there **** and it's ran the way it is. Good day. I'm sure this will be deleted and I'm sure I'll also get banned but I'm not logging in again so if you want to ban me be my guest.

You had one warning a few months ago, and another PM yesterday morning. Yet despite that you just had to carry on. Hence the final warning.
You are welcome to stay if you post within the guidelines, your choice.

George. With respect I felt that you had gone a tadge OTT in your condemnation of a certain media item, I also feel that others have had more warnings that you got, that is a guess, not a provable fact. Maybe they cooled it down for a while, and maybe you could accept this and do things in a more concerted effort rather than being so out spoken, softly softly catchee monkey as they say. Wait and see if your possible scenario in the JG saga comes to be, I personally don't think it will, and then you could in letters so large I TOLD YOU SO, as I said I don't think that will happen. Finally don't jack it in, any forum needs contention, opposition and outspoken thoughts, but without causing offence, god knows I have caused offence, I am sure of it, but sometimes I have made sense, as I am sure that you have, don't capitulate, take the slap on the wrist and then play things by ear, Good luck for whichever way you chose to go.

Question, which is higher a moderator or an administrator?, with respect I see it as Administrators...Teachers, Moderators....Prefects, or is there a better analogy.

Papa, you are right in that its Admin, then Moderators. Admin have access to software for setting up new Forums or altering peoples profiles ect. IE if someone has aksed to change names or lost a password.
Basically everything is discussed on the Moderators board, we then decide between everyone what steps we need to take, by a majority vote. I would say we post 95% of the time on the Mods board and only 5% of the time on the Admin board. The job I actually do most on there is probably deleting spammers.
