How confident are you with the source and there connections on this one BHL ?

I know you put up the odd tip on here occasionaly when youve got ones like this youve been given. Just remember seeing a couple that didnt win and ran poor that you thought were abit strange afterwards where it was wondered if youd been put away.

Everything is appreciated Im just wondering whether to have a little tickle or abit more based on your response to this

Cheers

Anyone have any opions on Keredari in the 125pm at Leoparstown ? 2nd outing after a maiden win.Step up into G3 company here over the same 7F trip as fto (differnt course). John Oxx trained, Mick Kinane onboard in the Agha Kahns colours! Thats a combo to catch the eye as it did mine. Looks like it could be an ok price as well at the moment.

Boards thoughts ?
shamardal84

Really looking forward to Alpha Ridge run in the 4.05 @ Galway. I know connections think he will improve for the switch over fences. Could be a big player at Cheltenham, im hoping

Yep  know what you mean. It was given to me last night by an owner. I've just tried to confirm that his source is good and cant get in touch with him. Given he'd been drinking for several hours probably best watched.
racingfanatic

One of the owners of Humidor works in my office and he has been told by Roger Charlton that he expects him to win today...short price though
Death n Taxes

ongood form a nice ew price it the first at lingfield. I did a long post on why i think it is an ew bet to nothing including questioning form of racy but lost it. Will also do rev forc with racy in case i am wrong at racy's form.
Owl of Minerva

2.40 Kem: D'Artagnan's Dream WIN @ 4/1

Ran two very eyecatching races the last twice when set too much to do on both oocasions. Always dangerous backing 'unlucky' AW horses as they tend to be underpriced but 4/1 is better than I was expecting. Sircozy the main danger and worth a saver. He's finished second to two next time out winners the last twice.
YAIYAM

Besides the Galway hcp hurdle race i am going to have 2 blue oddschecker E/W Lucky 15's today.

The first one is a retirement one.
1:30 Thewinnatakesitall @25/1
2:10 Daniel Thomas @ 20/1
2:50 Resurge @ 12/1
3:10 Joans Legacy @ 66/1

The second one is more realistic
2:20 Sunny Future @ 7/1
3:40 Rockfield Lodge @ 7/1
3:50 Colombard @ 9/1
5:10 Monreale @ 11/2
bencar

seems like a day for whispers and tips today... I'm no different as I've just been told to take a price on Long Strand in the Galway 4.35 - been off for a fair while but is apparently very fit and ready to go.

good luck all

I also backed this @ 33/1 e/w with Hills earlier. Think it has a bit of a chance
johne5knuckle

I think Richard Hughes has a good chance in the first at Lingfield, aboard Magnus Thrax, before he scoots off to Kempton, where he could easily notch a double in the last two races, first on Braddock, and then on Barbice.

Magnus Thrax ran a decent race last time in a competitive event, and will not be troubled by the drop back in trip.

Braddock ran a good race in an apprentice event behind Todber on Saturday, and can benefit from Hughes' experience, while Barbice won at Kempton on Thursday and bids for a quick follow-up

I logged in to post to say id been looking through the cards last night out of boredom when i wasnt really going to have much in the way of bets for a couple of weeks.

I picked Racy out as a good thing for today. Should win this easy imo.
Evens looks a pretty good price to me. Thought Keredari had the look of a sure winner as well in the125pm at leopardstown. Two others that took the eye that i was slightly wary of but will prob do in some multiples as well were the godolphin horse in the maiden at kempton (mutafayr) with silk street the danger and Soverighn Remedy of theres in the 330pm at leicester. Ill prob do some combos involving that lot and BHLs tip.

120pm Ling Racy Evens
135pm Leop Keredari 4/1

310pm Kem Mutafajer Evens
                  Silk Street 7/2
330pm Leic Soveriegn Remedy 9/4
510pm Kem Hawanna 6/1

First two in bold im quite confident on so there the days main plays.
lenahan

Cheers for the reply BHL. Im going to have a go. No worries ;) Will follow yours as well bencar cheers. some nice little multiples will keep me entertained this afternoon.

Looked at the race last night and thought they'd go circa 5/2 the pair so not surprised they have both been backed at 4/1 and 7/2 respectively. Looks a two horse race to me
Owl of Minerva

Chaperno is an extreme bridle horse and hard to win with but I'm going to try a back to lay in the next at Lingfield. 10.0 on Betfair looks too big. Will trade out @ 3.5 downwards

Hawaana drifting quite badly on Betfair.

Does the business - actually ahowed some guts there and found plenty for pressure. Great price for a horse with comfortably the best form in the race

have followed you in on the remainder of your selections as i am bored at work an would love to retire today

will probably back a few of the other board fancies too.

mondays are just no fun at all.

I'm on Strategic Mover here e/w @ 10/1
Gorg_George

Gone in e/w on Diamond Twister @ 13/2 in the 2-10.
Gorg_George

Pha Mai Blue @ 5/1 e/w here.
Owl of Minerva

Izzibizzi @ 9.4/3.05 in the next at Lingfield
Gorg_George

Real drift on Humidor here I'm going to throw a few pts on him @ 10/3. Probably a reason for the drift but I'm not a believer of 'If it drifts it can't win' policies so speculative 30 notes on.

Has to be
OA & WB in this Galway race for me

I thought I was losing my touch in these Irish hcp hurdle races as have not had much in October(although not been that many races) but at last one that has gone in at a good price

Looking at that result it was one for the layers there.

Well played
Gorg_George

Mabait has been very helpful to my bank balance this season, missed him today

Took the 14/1 on Lethal, looks in with a great chance, can't understand the drift on this one.

Had a good e/w bet with 888 (only firm going 1/4 odds) so happy enough with the place. As you say he seemed a very big price

Money started to come for this one but even more money for the favourite Berbice
Gorg_George

Ended the day up a fraction, have stuck it e/w on Hawaana @ 5/1 to hopefully contribute to the Conduit pot

And lots of money now . . .

I took the 11/2 with Betfred, under 7/2 on betfair now

I can't stand Frankie either.

today has reminded me why i never play in the week outside the festivals and big days. Considering ive had an appalling weekend im lucky to have lost what i have done as it could have been sickening.

No worries on hawanna BHL. Keep posting them up when they come. You have plenty that do go in.

The amount of times I've seen him not riding out for a place is untrue, I don't know why he never gets pulled up for that.
