Paypal Help

Getting seriously pissed off here. Bought a mobile phone off e-bay, paid through Paypal, to cut a long story short, got pissed about with buyer and he agreed to refund me. Problem is I took my Visa Debit card off Paypal after I made the payment (long story, am being billed by a company and am in dispute and don't want them to take money out, they did it before so took the precaution of removing card), so the refund went in ok. My Paypal balance however shows at £0.00 even though the £155.00 refund is shown. Where did the money go? Have checked my bank account online and the money has not gone in. I have added the card again, but there's no balance for me to refund. I'm confused, can anyone help me?

Don't know whether you have spoken to Paypal but I found them very helpful and resolved an issue that I had as we spoke.  Check your history on Paypal, usually a good source of information.  good luck.

Do you have the phone no Papa, every time I click on the "contact us" button it says an unexpected error has occured.

Your a star Papa, got through to an operator (eventually) and they sorted it. I was worried because the refund came and went while there was no card on my account and was worried that it had fallen into a black hole. They've assured me it has gone into my original account.
