Question for moderators.Hello all mods.
I post on what used to be a really good football forum (mainly involving my team Fulham) and recently it's been going downhill due to the wrong content being posted on there (it's Voy Forums so is pretty open) including politics and also some 'nationalist' stuff with nasty connotations. There also appears to be a lot of wums lately and I think these, along with others, have been intent on ruining what was once a great forum that I was on literally every ten minutes.
The mods, whom I know, have been looking at other formats and have found one exactly like this.
So my questions is: Any tips for them and do you mind them grazing here to have a look at how things are run?
My thanks in advance.

Thanks Alan.
Well - we've got it set up (I'm even a mod on the music bit of the board!) and it seems to be going ok.
At the end of Day One we've already got 132 registered users!
On the subject of modding, Am I liable for anything posted on the board or just the section I'm modding?
It may sound a bit over the top but I just wanted to sound things out before I carry on.
I ask just in case anything overly political/libellous etc. gets posted as this is unfortunately one of the reasons for the demise of our old open style board.
My thanks in advance once again.

Im not 100% sure, but i do know individual users and a couple of board owners have been sued for libel. I doubt the individual mods can be, but its one of the reasons why we are strictish on here, just in case.
You could always use this board to chat about football and stuff..

Cheers Alan. Not sure if you'd want us lot on here as it's mainly Fulham supporters!

I am not aware of a rule that states no Fulham Supporters on this forum! I'm trying to pass one that states no Man Utd fans but Fallon Facta keeps throwing off the mods agenda!!

Maybe we could ban people who blindly back Kieren Fallon runners as well

Hehe.
I think it's more the number of us (295 registered at the last count!) so it would make it a very unbalanced football board on here. Plus anyone who's met a Fulham fan (especially those of us from during and before the dark days of the 4th Division) will know we're a very strange bunch indeed!
