Roman PolanskiDoes no one have an opinion on Polanski`s arrest and possible extradition to the US on under age sex charges?
My personal belief is that no one should be immune to prosecution for any crime no matter how long ago it took place eg Nazi war criminals.

I can't believe why so many big Holywood stars are supporting him, I mean he raped a 13 year old girl for god sake! Doesn't matter that it happened 30 years ago and the fact that he's a brilliant director and a bit of a genius, jail the ,!

i agree indeed i would like to see an additional penalty added if you go on the run and fail to answer the charges against you.

Their argument seems to be that it was so many years ago, and he's a talented director who when he reads of my support will think about signing me for his next movie.

patly because he is a genius and partly becuse the victim is now saying the matter should be finalised and closed.
