I've never been to a greyhound meeting before and only really having a passing interest in the sport. As I've recently moved to the London area and a have a couple of friends from Romford, I'm thinking about having a night at Romford Stadium.
I was just wondering if the Puppy Cup Finals night on Friday 28th November would be a good night to go to? I thought I'd like to start out by going to a meeting of a reasonable class level rather than an average night and this seems to be Romford's next 'event' meeting.
Can anyone reccomend it?

Most evening weekend racing is of a reasonable standard Mach. The lower grades are normally shown in the bookies during the weekday afternoons. I would imagine Romford will have mostly top graded races, and opens, on a finals night. I havent been to Romford but Wimbledon used to be a great night out.
