Search Help !No i dont need any, but mods and admin have been talking about how the search feature isnt always helpful. So here are two tips on how to use it, that may simplify your searches. The first is using the "AND" word. As an alternative to this, check the box marked "Search all terms".
If you wish to searh for a topic, and you can recall the name, there is a way to narrow the search down.
Subject = Hunter Chase 2008
If you type in "hunter chase 2008"
You then get every post with the words, hunter chase and 2008 in them.
But : If you type in the words " Hunter and 2008" You only get the posts where BOTH words are included.
The first way finds around 750 threads, the second way find 6
TIP TWO: If you know Jenny made a post using a certain word, type in her user name where it says author, please note you need to have the correct user name ( Jennywales and not just Jenny ).
You can narrow it down further, by setting the box on the left to the forum you wish to search.
