Snooker UK ChampionshipsAnyone got any views on this? I'm backing John Higgins for the title for no other reason than I'm in love with him. It'll make my Christmas if he wins (not financially, I've only put a token fiver on!).
There's controversy surrounding the Maguire-Burnett match, irregular betting patterns on a 9-3 result and guess what score it ended!!
Plus, the Old Guard seem to be coming back, Mark Williams, Matthew Stevens through. Hendry's already out though!

Watched a bit of Ronnies game on Saturday.
Have asked Papa and JDF if they could think of anyone else but i am sure that Rory McLeod is the first coloured lad ive seen playing on the pro circuit. He was the spit of Vassell, really had to take a second look
