Welcome Gaz.... My main tip would be see if there is a pattern of certain traps winning. Often when its wet at the Stow the outside traps win way more races. Also, take the racing post as they normally have some good write ups for the bigger meetings.
Seamus Cahill has Noir Ted down to run in the last race. Thats a bit of a suprise as he ran econd last night at Wimbledon. I cant see the trainer running him if he isnt fit. He also runs Directors Choice earlier in the evening, although i dont know what price these will be. His kennel is in craking form so pay attention to any of his that are backed.
Good luck.

Hi Gaz
I did a nice post with all my fancies, times, traps etc and then the broadband went down so I saved it to Word but now when I rebooted the file was corrupted I'm having quite a few IT problems tonight so I will summarise.
Westmead Puppies Diver (1st lto) and Osprey (unraced) are from a good litter so have good chances.
The other Westmeads will give you a run for your money in their races, especially IMO Westmead Aoifa the bitch.
Droopys Curbs should win for Dean Childs (his only runner there)
So to summarise I am going to back Nick Savvas dogs, and I also fancied Eye onthe Flame (M Wallis)
Have a great night.

Gaz the RP are stupid in how they have laid out the cards. Some of the main mettings are not shown on that page.

You can find major meetings in advance here as well.

Now i've been dragged into backing these dogs....
So far Prince has lost, Osprey has won. I have added Genesis Alix and Droopys Curbs along with the Westmeads.
They have a piece about Diver in the Post today that I must read.

Eye onthe Flame has won too Sorry not being all self-congratulatory (so boring) but just bored and keeping an eye on the dogs whilst I wait for the Puppy Derby at Monmore.
I hope Gaz is having a good night.

My bubble's burst now. Droopys Curbs evs was beaten by a 10/1 shot but worse the 2nd fav Like Hot Cakes didn't finish so I hope that one is ok.
And my selection went down at Monmore. So I'll let the others ride and see what happened in the morning.

Seamus Cahill has won 3 from 5 so far, with Directors Choice winning...
Inside traps seem to be holding the day, which is suprising if its still raining at the Stow.

Go the westmeads & catbiscuit
5/2 not too shabby either

The two Westmead litter brothers (Osprey 11/4) won (Diver 5/2 by 4!)
The older Westmeads did not finish in the top 3 though...
Genesis Alix (4/5) won by 5 and a half but Droopys Curbs got beat but Eye onthe Flame won (9/4)
Not too bad.
