Will Liverpool finish in the top 4?Walking up to Anfield for the last home match of the season earlier this year felt really strange ,if any one would have told us that we would lose only two premiership matches (Spurs and Middlesborough) as we were walking up before the first home match ,I would think practically all of us would have felt we would have been champions.
Today not even in to November ,we have already lost 4 games!
The topical question most soccer fans are asking is will Liverpool be the first so called big 4 club to not finish in the top4 this season?

On Saturday against Sunderland Rafa had to make quite a few changes due to injuries and international duties. But instead of bringing in new faces and sticking to a tried a tested 4 4 2, he changed faces AND formation.
This showed me two things; Liverpool haven't got the depth of squad needed and Rafa is STILL not a Premiership minded manager.
Answer to your question - No.

sadly for the hub cap stealing brigade - I think it is a tough ask this year for them to finish in 4th.
still could be worse you could be a Palace or a Millwall fan like in my household - not much glory here - ever and never likely to be.Relegation would be nice as I think it would do you all good to experience what most of us football supporters feels week in week out.

Said at the start of the season I doubted they would be in the top 6 and I still think that. With Gerrard and Torres they look good, when they're not playing, they are very very poor.

No, unless there is a dramatic improvement.

Wouldnt surprise me if Chelsea didnt make it in the top 4 either.
Very open EPL this year and not too difficult to forecast the big 4 having a major battle on their hands qualifying for the Champions League.
Most clubs seem to be playing without fear this year.

Chelsea are shoe-ins for top 4 imo.

I just havent been that impressed with them so far.
Think they are an ageing side, with a goalie who has no confidence at all (hasnt been the same since he had his injury no matter what anyone says) and they have no chance of bringing anyone else in, in January.
Will be difficult to keep their best players fit, especially when they are at the age of not being able to shake off a knock as quick as they would like.
