Whoever did the RP spotlights wrote of Conduit "I love his chances".
Not having seen that enthusiasm before I felt moved to have a little bit on him to win.
So hurray!
Well done Rowan
Sue
Thanks! Although really, I should thank you lot. I really wasn't going to bother to stay up for the races but got caught up reading everything; I only read the RP stuff a bit before the off so it was a last minute thing I'd not have done if y'all hadn't been keeping me up...
Fair play to Conduit, and a great ride from Ryan Moore knew when to go and where the fastest ground was.
Well done to all the backers (and Nick Morden again).
Regards.

That was Nick Mordin Rowan. He is always very bullish and forthright in either backing a horse or writing one off (a bit like me!). Looks really clever he's right and like a bit of a tit when he's wrong (a bit like me!). That's why I quite like him though - don't follow his ratings or opinions really but I like the fact that he's not afraid to put his neck on the line
dear oh dear - it looks so much worse in slow motion - that is a very very poor poor ride _________________ One way to stop a runaway horse is to bet on him.

Ah right, thanks. Yeah, the spotlights can be a bit of a mess but I was just taken by the turn of phrase - must've been the wine. Still, I'm not complaining - this time
Yes Rick, goes for the Sheema Classic I believe. Has shown he can travel abroad fine, go well fresh, stay, and he ran huge tonight (far better than many will realise due to the pace issue) and will still probably be a decent price as he has yet to win a big one. Fair play to Conduit but I think EM was maybe the best horse in the race tonight. Mike De Kock again showing himself to be a really top trainer

I knew you had a good bet lined up there with Conduit at 5/1

Again what has Rail Link got to do with this race? Glad to see you took my advice that Eagle Mountain was the biggest danger though
