Can't sleep 'cos of the heat and just watched 'Lucky You'. Quite good, at times the dialogue was a bit wooden but on the hole good film.

Saw Public Enemies this morning - It was pretty good.  Not quite the amazing epic I was hoping for - but enjoyable.  Very similar to Brad Pitt's Jesse James.  Johnny Depp as Johnny Dillinger.. a glamourous beautiful looking actor in a glamourous beautiful looking film.

Trailers looked good - I'm looking forward to the Tarantino film that the censor would get me for    (must sort that!)

And there's an amazing looking Scorcese film - Something Island with Leonardo Di Caprio

The censor should be ok, as it's official title is misspelled, "The Inglourious Basterds" is it's official title. No-one really knows why it's spelled this way, even Tarantino won't say.

I think Scorcese's doing the Sinatra biopic. The title role has not been cast yet, but apparently Jamie Foxx was around 20/1 with Paddy Power at one stage to play Sinatra - I kid you not - just checked, they're no longer quoting prices. I think Di Caprio was favourite, though they reckoned he need a lot of singing lessons.

Mississippi Burning is on BBC1 now. Only just started. Well worth seeing if you have never done so.

Pretty much agree with this. Saw it today - a good solid film but by no means a classic. Not in the same league as Jesse James

Not seen it since when it came out at the cinema, don't remember thinking it was that great though, just another Cruise vehicle.

Not seen too many films lately but did see The Big Lebowski the other night, quality. Can't recommend it enough.

I thought it was half decent but felt it went on for too long.

I agree Inglourious Basterds was fantastic, and so deliciously funny.
