Finally got round to watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind tonight (V+ box tells me I recorded it back in February!) - thoroughly enjoyed it, what a brilliant story.
One of the best films I've seen in some time, definitely be watching it again - as soon as I've got through about 30 others also waiting for a watch...
Agreed it was a good film. One which you and your gal can enjoy.
Saw Hurt locker last week - Excellent film but not exactly enjoyable. Way too tense
Saw Dorian Gray today - bit disappointing, drags a bit though he looks stunning!
They showed New Moon trailer which was a surprise and totally made my day _________________ Cocktails may not be the answer.... but they help you forget the question Vodka... Cheaper than B otox and paralyses more muscles!
Just finished watching David Lynch's Inland Empire. It's been regarded as his finest hour by many, and it truly is. 3 hours long, totally baffling, bizarre, confusing, and absolutely wonderful.
Jerry Maguire Don't know why I'm watching it on Sky One when I have it on DVD - But I love this film
I remember leaving the pictures after this with a mate of mine who thought it was rubbish - Different strokes! _________________ Cocktails may not be the answer.... but they help you forget the question Vodka... Cheaper than B otox and paralyses more muscles!
I'm not going to do what you all think I'm going to do - just FLIP OUT! _________________ Cocktails may not be the answer.... but they help you forget the question Vodka... Cheaper than B otox and paralyses more muscles!
Been watching a few films recently. Mystic River was AWESOME. Clint Eastwood as a director cannot put a foot wrong in my eyes. 9.5/10 going on for a clean 10.
Also, All The Presidents Men was a decent film but I guess I may have enjoyed/understood it more if I had known a bit more about the subject matter; I know the basic outline of what it's about but I think knowing it well would have enhanced my enjoyment.
Also watched Click last night, started off as enjoyable in parts but also really really annoying in parts but once it got going it was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster... I cried... Yeah I did. That's cool though so it's fine. Even so, the film itself no better than a 7, probably more like a 6 in reality.
Has anyone seen District 9? I've heard it's really good, thinking of taking the "potential Mrs." to see it but I'm not paying for 2 tickets to watch something rubbish!!

Brilliant film, I thought. Definitely one worth seeing in a cinema. _________________ 2009 BCT Winner - Conduit

Yeah it's a good film. Not sure it was worth me going to see at the cinema though. But I do have a mightily impressive TV blu-ray and surround sound system, so I can normally out-do most crappy cinemas. So in this case I wish I had waited for the blu-ray to be released. _________________ Is ready to hibernate
Went to see An Education last night. Wonderful film, a captivating story full of a brilliant characters and superb performances. Alfred Molina steals the show as the brightest gem in a cast chocked full of them. Hornby's script provides all the witty, ironic high points you would expect.
Go and see it, you won't regret it.
