ps Hate all this guff about RV not training on - 3rd was pretty good given how much Jimmy left her to do and she didn't get a clear run. With better luck she would've placed in two classics and this race. They need to change the way they ride her I reckon, but don't rule her out from winning later this year.

Ghanaati - Best miler filly I've seen for I don't know how long.

Great performance, a serious filly, could she come up against Mastercraftsman? Who'd win that one? Mouthwatering. Special mention to Rainbow View, had a troubled passage and left with far too much to do, good run, she could have a good Autumn campaign. BCM of F&M spring to mind at The Breeders Cup.

Ghanaati is a stunner- wouldn't it be great if she ends up on a hot date with Sea The Stars? The foal would be some eye candy.

I thought Rainbow View ran well considering she was bumped around again, and came from way back. Maybe the Champion Stakes on softish ground in the Autumn would suit?

I am certain that she will from what Gosden said.  It's a shame for her really because she has been asked three big questions in quick succession and not given the optimum conditions to show her best.

Forget Mastercraftsman, she'd give Sea the Stars a good old race.

I think the plan has always been the champion stakes for her next race.

Mores Wells now 12-1 (22 last night on BFair).

Cobblers - hoping for 20s for the Ascot Comp!!

To lay, or not to lay that is the question!

Mosse missed the break then flew up the straight on Mores Wells but the chance had gone.

Rubbish ride, really bad. And yes, I'm talking through my pocket!

Beauty by Ryan though - top class.

Above Limits - 2.30 Stable a tad bit slow this year compared to last but would love to see them bring this one home.

Father Time - 3.05 On paper looks the 2nd string of Cecil's but I wouldn't underestimate it. Very strong chance.

Elusive Wave - 3.45 Improved to win French 1,000G & hopefully will continue that improvement. (One of my TTF has to win this week at least! ).

Halicarnassus - 4.20 Ran very well in this a year ago & has a decent chance at the weights of geting home in front today.

Yankee Doodle - 4.55 O'Briens 2nd String (or not! ). Major chance in this.

Nice getting out race in the last!   Redford Was thought to be a Listed or even Group horse at one point but is still in Handicaps. Decent chance at the weights.
Mr Macattak E/W.  Giganticus E/W - This one is slipping down to his old mark & should run well. (Maybe they are getting it up for another crack at the Bunbury Cup at Newmarket which it won 2 years ago! ).

Really glad that Father Time won, but I wish I hadn't got sucked into Halicarnasuss....I looked at the race again & thought Perfect Stride looked a more likely winner!   Can someone give me a good slap!!

Sabotage in the next for me to take it from a good to a great day.

Not confident - drifting a bit now.

Just noticed - Eddie Ahern replaces John Egan.... good-O.

Master would do Sea The Stars over a mile.
