Great performance, a serious filly, could she come up against Mastercraftsman? Who'd win that one? Mouthwatering. Special mention to Rainbow View, had a troubled passage and left with far too much to do, good run, she could have a good Autumn campaign. BCM of F&M spring to mind at The Breeders Cup.
Forget Mastercraftsman, she'd give Sea the Stars a good old race.
Master would do Sea The Stars over a mile.
Maybe on soft ground, but normal going there's no way.

The more people that believe that the better price Master will be if they meet
The nags at this meeting get such nice tasteful winning blankets, not the usual gaudy sponsor logo tat.
The O'Brien horse that came second in the Queens Vase might be interesting for the Leger, but they already have a strong hand for that I suppose. Can't think of another grey Coolmore horse (I'd class MasterC as roan). _________________ Known as the catch of the camp.

But, er, he didn't, did he.
First time out, didn't handle the dip. I don't like your tone.

Sorry about this chaps - I was taking far too many things on earlier and came across as much more flippant than intended. Please accept my apologies if I got up your nose Mach.
Re Sea the Stars vs Mastercraftsman vs Ghanaati - probably needs looking at a bit more than this but it seems to me that Delegator is a fairly good benchmark. He had run before Newmarket and, unless the view is taken that he didn't run to form because of the rather firm ground, his 2nd to Mastercraftsman & the time of that race (also an even gallop) should really help assess their merits. Note - need to check the running rail situation when assessing the times.
Best thing is - MasterC is starting to remind me of Mr Giants Causeway, Ghanaati is his son and likely to be similarly tough when properly tested (and she hasn't been yet!!!!). Sea the Stars is different again - tactical speed to die for and the only reason he hasn't won by more than a couple of lengths is that he idles in front. We're lucky indeed this year.
I'd love to see all three run against each other - the Eclipse or Irish Champion might see StS take on MasterC? Whether Ghanaati gets aimed at that kind of race will depend on Sheik H but I really hope she takes on colts over 8 or 10F. Imagine throwing the likes of Look Here, Tartan Bearer & Casual Conquest into that mix to compare generations.
What a week it's been so far - great finishes in loads of races, Yeats at one end of the age scale and Canford Cliffs/Radiohead at the other and another day still to go. This has been the best Royal Ascot I can remember.
OK. I'll stop dribbling now - Just sooooo excited by the whole thing (and haven't touched a drop!!). Yet.
From the time of your post I'm guessing you're talking about the interview after Perfect Stride?
I thought he was fine when talking about the race and the horse - just clammed up when he was asked about the week in general. Maybe he has a one track mind? On Saturday Catt asked him about the weather and Ascot when he was bringing in a winner at York - Ryan just had nothing to say!
I've put too much on him to be Top Jock - A treble tomorrow might do it _________________ Cocktails may not be the answer.... but they help you forget the question Vodka... Cheaper than B otox and paralyses more muscles!

He's just sooooo focussed on winning and the job. Did you see when he picked up his medal? Basically looked like he didn't care for the whole presentation ceremony. Winning the race was all he cared about.
Personally - I love him; rides a horse like the devil himself is on his tail & rarely gets it badly wrong + is totally professional and would not let anything stop him giving a horse the best shot. It is no surprise that Coolmore come calling when they need a rider.
Sheer comedy in interviews of course and must be a nightmare for Rishi et al - just the odd smile with the monosyllables would help. Folks - maybe he's just painfully shy.
He rode Perfect Stride really well; did his homework on the race and made sure the horse was more prominent than usual so could catch Frankie.
He's got a few good chances tomorrow so don't tear up the slip just yet...
