Dont usually bet on the golf, but the Boylesports offer seemed too decent to not touch.

Anyway, turns out i had £10 in free bets to use, so plumped for £2.50 e/w on:

Brian Gay 80/1
Boo Weekley 200/1
If they make the cut and give me an interest for the weekend, i'll be happy

Cheers

Typically, even with e/w going to 8 places, my bet comes up 1 shot short of getting me a return.

They could have gone e/w 100 places and he would probably have finished 101st!

Cheers

Unlucky with the bet LC. I thought Cink played really well, he is a great golfer who often seems close but no cigar. His shot to make the playoff was brilliant, considering the pressure. Watson deserves all the credit for his efforts, it was a shame he fell apart in the playoff.

Ross Fisher has clearly been watching me struggle out the rough.
Despite not even getting each way money, at least it has shown that a quadruple bogey is gettable not just by us Saturday morning hackers, but by the pros too!!

LC , I had Ernie Els finish 8th. Every bet I placed was with Boylesports 8 places except Ernie Els who I did with Paddy Power 7 places so I can sympathise with you.
