Bleagh! All the Irish sites seem to be slow, and I am not doing all that stuff as well! Might it be that every server in Ireland is doing something with cricket?? Everything else (SL, Betfair etc etc) seems fine.....

Like GP, I couldn't get it to do anything - and while I am on dial-up, I'm not doing anything other than browsing. Very odd. Perhaps GP is right and the entire Irish internet is logged on for the cricket!

Hope he comes back safe and well - but without showing enough to encourage connections to keep on with their plans.

well i hope he comes back safe and well, ful of running and goes on to do good things, in either the p to p or foxhunter arenas [if not higher]

why can't we hope the horse is fully fit and bouncing?

Because then they will rush him to Sandown and the (lack of) merit in that idea has been covered already.

Has Wilson sold him? He was supposed to be getting rid of his string. I'm glad to hear he's happy. Has he won anything? It would be lovely to hear he's got his head in front.

Yes. I have noticed both Astonville and Turnium running in Ireland in the middle of last season, in smaller races under different ownership. I think Turnium got a place in one, too! Looks as though Wilson is keeping his word.

I'll look out for them both on the p2p circuit. Hope they both do well - they deserve to!

Arctic Times .................again ! I just wish he could translate p2p form to the track.

As for Astonville, i am not sure who owns him, i hope it isnt Wilson still. I saw him mentioned in the Weekender p2p section and he either won or was placed.

Hi Rowan,

I was on edge all day thinking about Strong Flow and hoping he would get on ok yesterday.

I noticed that he came 8th, but i don't know what the 'A' result means either, plus cannot find a Key on any P2P site. It would be nice to be able to find comments in running like they do on the Racing Post
