I think Wednesday look decent as well. However, when City signed Steve MacLean, we had loads of their fans coming on our message boards saying that we should get on them to be relegated!

I've just been looking at the prem hcp (using Laddy's hcp marks) and I've ended up with 'boro to nick it by a point from blackburn & bolton.
will look at the other Divs when I go to work and have a bit more time on my hands, lol.

Dave.

Really?? I have both Bolton and Middlesborough down as relegation strugglers this season. Agree with Blackburn though if they hang onto McCarthy.

Can anyone tell me how many points Reading won the handicap for the Prem last season.

Man City do look good with +40. I'd have them down as getting 55-60 points this season, therefore 95-100 in the handicap. Blackburn would be the team to run them close.

Guys,

Given the amount of spending and new player Man City have brought in surely they look like having a great chance to win in the handicap betting.

I have placed a small bet with WH @ 15-1 with a +39 handicap.

I might go in again ....Any thoughts?

The trouble with Man City is that they have bought a ton of players and they're not all going to play as a team to start off with, Sven has admitted that he's not expecting a great start to the season because of the amount of personnel changes.

Even though Svens a decent league manager he'll still play a very defensive game I'd imagine, possiility of too many bore draws, don't know just floating the idea !!!
