FOUR clubs in the quarters, and the possibility of them being drawn against each other puts one in the semis for sure.

Very surprised to see Liverpool coming away with a win tonight. This could be the cup run that saves Benitez job !!!

Hopefully Rooney and Vidic will be fit for wednesday and Utd can beat Barcelona. Twice Fergie has said Rooney got a knock on the thigh, but it looked to me as he was holding his side. If so it could be worse than anticipated. Barcelona scoring first would be a disaster due to the away goal counting double. Utd scoring first would give then the edge, i`m not sure they would relish extra time and penalties before the game against the Hammers next weekend.

An early Liverpool goal would not be quite as crucial as Chelsea scored at Anfield, and like Utd, a quick Chelsea goal would give them imputus.

So now Manchester United have won the premiership we can now move onto the Champions league final.

I'm wondering if it is fate that the final is being played in Moscow and Roman Abramovich is the owner of Chelski.

i agree archie. I think chelsea will be so up for this and Drogba will be too hot to handle.
