Did yuo know that her side kick Wendy Richards (aka Pauline Fowler as well as Miss Brahms) was a Tynesider by birth?
Or that Molly became in the 80s a gay icon in America?

It is a bad time for celebrities, Karl Malden has died aged 97 who played Lt. Mike Stone in "The Streets of San Francisco, he was in One Eyed Jacks, Patton, Street Car Named Desire, he also played Shooter in The Cincinnati Kid. A fine actor over many roles. R.I.P.
