Another performance like that and Villa should forget about a top 4 challange! At 1-1 early in the second half the game really was there for the taking for Villa... But IMHO West Ham wanted the victory more and probably deserved it..

Spurs played very well in the second half last weekend.Unlucky not to take all three points.

Hull at home tomorrow..Fingers crossed Milner will keep the centre midfield role, and Downing on the left wing.

I thought it was wrong personally, I think if a keeper is out of position like that then I think he should be allowed back into the goal before the paly restarts, fair enough if the ball is still in play but it wasn't. It was a very cheap goal and similar to scoring when a player is down injured. Nothing against Milner I think a lot of players would do the same but if my team was on the end of a goal like that then i'd feel pretty peeved off

Agree with KK

The keeper chose to run miles away from his area..What happened next was his look out!

You think the keeper would expect a player there to throw it straight back? Normally he would have time to run back in goal.

Haha but the keeper headed it straight to sidwell who was warming up!! The keeper had no need to go steaming out of his area in the first place! For starters it was a hopefull long ball played forward by Ashley Young and the Hull defender was a yard in front of Gabby anyway!

Credit to Milner,lovely placed lob!!!!

Milner showing again while he should be on that plane. As a goalkeeper it goes down as the goalkeepers error in my book. Players will never wait for you to tie your shoelaces so tie 'em tight. i.e don't run to the halfway line, and if you do you'd hope your defenders wouldn't stand on the edge of the box like a bunch of overpaid numpties who can't be arsed to defend the goal.

Managers throw the ball back in extra time all the time so i dont see the difference. If not a ball boy would jsut throw him one.
